Preferred drop off times are 3-4 PM or earlier in the day. An ice chest will n be left out if they are not going to be home between 3 and 4. Email Sarah with your expected drop off time before delivery. sarahj@harvest.org Please bring all meals in disposable containers that do NOT need to be cleaned or returned. If your able to bring any fruit or breakfast items that they may use the next morning, that would be great too. If you can stay for a moment to pray with the Jarrett's, that is always welcome and appreciated.

Matt's cancer diet is simply.. LESS sugar... LESS processed foods as those things feed cancer. From Sarah: "Healthier is better,we are trying to stay away from sugar and processed food but anything else is totally great and very much appreciated.". No white bread. Yard Work Instructions

Levi will help when he is available. TEXT HIM to check availability and timing before coming over. (951) 870-3207. He might now be available to help every Saturday, but when he can he will assist. All yard equipment is in back shed. Please mow front yard, side yard and do some trimming in the back yard. Trim and blow or sweep sidewalk and put all yard equipment back into the backyard shed.
