Special Instructions

DROP-OFF TIME: 9:00am INSTRUCTIONS: We are asking for each community group to sign up for 1 Sunday to take the load off. This is a great service opportunity for your entire group to get involved in. We ask for a 1-2 crock-pot meals that can be kept warm. nothing with to much onions or garlic. Wraps, Sandwiches, baking, veggie platters, juices etc are all ideas your group could run with. You will also needs to include paper plates, bowls and utensils needed for that meal. You will be cooking for 30 people unless we hear otherwise from Eric for that week. Meals are to be brought to the STAFF ROOM (at the Bell centre) which is at the end of the hall on the North side of the building. When you come in the front doors you turn to the left as you enter the main foyer (if you can't find it then ask a pastor or someone at the connect desk and they will direct you to the staff room). Please bring the meals by 9:00AM and have them cleaned up by 12:30PM. Set up meals on the table. Please clearly label what goes with what. Have serving spoons and any other utensils that are needed for your meals. If you have one member on set up and one on clean up with people bring there part down this works really well. Some groups have just put it on the counter with no set up or displayed the food and then nobody knew what was what and did not do into the boxes. Please set up and present your meal as if they are eating in your own home. The staff LOVE and appreciate your efforts so THANK YOU and your group in advance!
