Special Instructions

Feed the Teens: In the CPC Youth Group, we believe sharing a meal together not only enriches our relationships with one another, but also provides for us a way of connecting with people who are in other areas of our church family! We are currently in search of people who would be willing to partner with us to provide meals at our weekly Youth Group gatherings. We know that might sound a little overwhelming, or you might have more questions, so here are the basics: 1. Who? YOU! Not only do we want to eat some yummy food, we also would like to encourage anyone who makes us a meal to sit, eat, and chat with us! It would also be appreciated, if possible, after our meal, you could help us clean it up and put it into to-go baggies for our teens to take home with them, if there is enough extra food. ***If you can't stay for clean up, don't be discouraged! Just let Victoria know. 2. What? A meal for 15 people. Our numbers fluctuate each week, but typically, between the teenagers in our group and our adult volunteers, we have around 15 people who come ready to enjoy some delicious food! 3. Where? We typically eat in the church parlor; however, if a meal is particularly complex or messy, it is served in Friendship Hall. 4. When? Most Youth Group evenings are Sunday nights from 5:30-7:30pm, so food can be brought in and set up between 5:10-5:20pm.
