We occasionally have participants that do not eat pork products, so providing meals with a pork-free option might be best.

35 Adults, 30 Kids
Drop-Off Time

Special Instructions
Dinner begins at 6pm daily, so food can be delivered around 5:45pm. Groups have the option of providing the food, preparing and delivering the meal, OR coordinating with Hope Harbor staff to use food from our pantry and freezer to prepare the meal offsite and deliver it. In addition, groups can choose to simply drop off the meal, or they may choose to stay and serve the meal and visit with clients. For those who do not wish to cook, you can also choose to donate towards this cause, and funds received will be used to order prepared meals for our clients. Depending on how many adults are working, on any given day we have between 40-60 people present for supper each evening. For clients absent due to work, we often hold back plates of food for them to have when they return to the shelter. For this reason, groups should plan on preparing meals for up to 60 people. We regularly reheat leftovers for lunch meals, so rest assured that no matter how many attend supper, the food will be consumed. We thank you for your assistance!
