New nutrition instructions as of 9/17/2021: Protein at every meal (mean, fish, poultry, beans, nuts, nut butters) Small amount whole grains: Quinoa or Wild Rice Vegetables (Low Glycemic, most veggies that are grown above the ground) Fruits (2 pieces a day) Berries, Apples are best Healthy fats and oils: olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, organic butter Sweeteners: stevia and xylitol, munk fruit. Avoid agave, maple syrup, honey, date sugar and processed sugar
