The priority is on hearty, gluten-free meals for Kerry (meat and dairy welcome), followed by hearty, vegetarian meals for Bella (dairy and gluten are OK, but no meat), followed by hearty, vegan and gluten free meals for Shuli (no meat, dairy, or gluten). Of course, there is no expectation that you accommodate all three diets at once; a variety will be helpful, and keeping Kerry fed and nourished is the priority.
