The boys can’t handle cows milk, but they can eat foods with it as long as it’s not the main ingredient. They prefer macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets/strips and fries/jojos, or other “young kid” carb meals. Yay, autism lol. Avret is allergic to soy, so we avoid soy milk.
