About this Meal Train

Having just finally got Emily past the dietary changes that don't allow her to have food (imagine cooking and eating in front of a 3 year old who can't eat) life threw another challenge at us. Liz has a heel spur at least and possibly more. We are awaiting further MRI results as I type this. While she is in a walking boot it's all she can do to stand up long enough to make Emme's special fluid and formula mixtures. Cooking is basically out of the question. By the time I get home from work it's usually too late to start cooking, especially on nights we have baseball. To add to the challenge I will be traveling for work most of the middle of May so we can use all the help we can get. For now even restaurant gift cards won't help much as Liz can't drive.
