One pot meals - chicken and rice, spaghetti and meatballs, baked and mac n cheese are great. Frozen Trader Joes foods, milk, eggs, smoothie ingredients, and grocery staples helpful. Cereal and instant oats for breakfast. Althea - loves garlic, peas, asian and south asian food (ramen, sushi, tempera, miso, daal, naan neplese/tibetan momo, Burma superstar) Arthur - likes the meats, rice balls, chicken teriyaki, peas, steamed broccoli. For school lunches: meat, cheese, bread for sandwiches, (no mayo/mustard) Seaweed snacks, apples and oranges, strawberries, cookies. If you throw in a bottle of wine, Dacia won't be mad about it.
