Monday - Worship Team(25 people) - Drop off 5:30pm Tuesday - College and Career Readiness (10 People) Brighter Day Group for Lee St. Teens (10 People) - Drop off 5:30 pm Leadership Team (10 People) - Drop of 5:30pm Wednesday - Brighter Day for Alpine Teens (15 People) - drop off 5:30pm; Leadership Teens (8 People) - Drop off 5:30pm Middle School Ministry (20 people) - Drop off 5:30 pm Summer programming - Monday- Thursday, drop off the day before, or before 11 am (Numbers depend on the year and kids and teens enrolled) ** Please note, drop off will need to be before 2pm on half days of school.

Meal Ideas (serves about 25) Spaghetti w/ garlic bread: 2.5 lbs ground turkey – browned Spaghetti sauce – 1 large can (*add spices) 2 boxes of Noodles Garlic bread – 4 loaves -1 Salad Bag - we usually have dressing in the fridge Walking Tacos or Taco Salad Ground turkey or beef(6lbs) Seasoning packets (2-3+) -Shredded lettuce -Tomatoes – diced (3 whole) -Cheese (2lbs) Corn chips ( for walking tacos)-3 family-size or 1 bag of Tostadas or 1 bag nacho chips Sloppy Joes Ground turkey -6 lbs Manwich –1 64oz Cans (cooked & simmered w/meat) -or home-cooked recipe Buns – about 40 (use dinner roll size) Chips/ Pretzels – 1 family size bags Baked goods – 2 dozen (optional) Chili Canned chili w/ beans from Gordon’s 2.5 lbs ground turkey or beef (optional) Stewed/diced tomatoes Onions – diced (opt’l) Shredded Cheese – about 4 lbs *Serve w/ cheese and/or onion on the side *crackers – 1 large box from Gordons Chicken nuggets/ Pizza rolls 25 servings chicken nuggets or 25 servings pizza rolls 2 bags of fries or sweet potato fries - Serve w/ baked goods ~ 2 dozen *We can easily pop these in the oven for you if you drop them off Hot dogs Hot dogs/ buns (beef please, many students do not eat pork)– 40 ct We have Condiments in our fridge most of the time Chips/Pretzels – 1 family size bags Baked goods ~2 dozen (optional) Ice Cream and brownies Ice cream – 1 gal. vanilla, 1 gal. chocolate Chocolate syrup – 1 large container Whipped cream – 1cans Bananas – 1 bunch Maraschino Cherries – 1 can Delicious chocolate brownies ~ 3 dozen (optional) Deli Sandwiches Sliced bread ~ 3 loaves (or use deli rolls) Deli meat – ham and turkey (about 2 lbs ea) Romaine lettuce Tomato – finely sliced Condiments are in the fridge at New City *Side Ideas: a bowl of apples/ bananas (or seasonal fruit), chips/pretzels or baked goods Lasagna w/ garlic bread: 2 meat lasagnas 1 veggie lasagna Garlic bread – 4 loaves -1 Salad Bag - we usually have dressing in the fridge We can easily pop these in the oven to have them ready in time if you drop them off Other Meal Ideas: Enchiladas Mac N Cheese Any type of soup Chicken Alfredo Most Costco/Sam’s Premade Meals

They're teens, they eat EVERYTHING! While teens love pizza, please check the meal train to see what others are bringing and help us ensure that we don't get pizza every day if it's possible.

Meal Instructions

Please write you name on your pots, pans, tupperware so we can keep track! When you arrive, please check in at the front desk to sign in. She can help you (or recruit a teen) to carry things down stairs to the kitchen. Please place your meal on the wooden island as soon as you walk into the kitchen if it doesn't need plugged in. If it needs plugged in, feel free to set it on the green counter and plug it in. While you're welcome to bring in disposable dishes, when we are finished with the meal, we will wash your dish and leave it on the silver counter as soon as you walk in the kitchen on the left so that you can pick it up when you return.
