In 2020/21, the center was trying to feed about 30 people per day. Now, as we regroup in our new location, we are trying to get a hot meal into 25 people four days/week (CLOSED Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday until we find a permanent location!).

We happily accept large gift cards from any restaurant in Bristol! We use these to buy lunch for the center on days when we do not have any volunteer donations. When possible, support small local businesses. Small gift cards for $5 and $10 are really needed so folks can get into air conditioned food places during Summer heat or warm places during freezing Winter days when our center is closed.

Meal Instructions

HOT MEALS: As we start back up at this TEMP LOCATION we expect about 25 people per day to start, FOUR days per week. We are capable of dishing out hot food from large serving trays or crock pots. Try to let us know what you are planning to bring for hot food so our volunteers can plan to fill in other items like veggies, sides or salads. Or, team up with a friend who is willing to do the side dishes of rice, hot veggies, baked potatoes, salads... Please drop off food between 1:30pm and 1:45pm on your day so we can start serving at 2pm. Please, please, please ... if you can't make it for the day you signed up for, give us as much notice as possible so we can pull together another plan to feed everyone! SANDWICHES: (NO Sandwich donations while we are in this TEMP location!)
