this is an apartment complex off of Rock Haven Rd - it is entrance at bottom of hill follow road to 2nd right - dumpsters will be at corner - building is first on the right. You will go down some stairs and then up some stairs to get to her apartment which is technically the 3rd floor. They do have a dog that barks a lot. Please call when you arrive - because of surgery - the granddaughter will probably answer the door
