The best is food on the healthier side of things. Lots of veggies, roasted chicken & roots, fish... Soup, salad, grilled or steamed veggies, baked salmon, sushi, tacos... She would would marry peanut butter (w/0 sugar added), some cheese. Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Spanish... pretty much any international cuisine is great too.
