Chelsea is needing iron rich foods. We’re looking for warm, nourishing, protein-forward comfort meals that are easy to reheat and gentle to eat. Think: soups, stews, casseroles, slow-cooked meats, rice bowls, steak,broths, curries, breakfast casseroles, and easy high-protein snacks. Meals with chicken, beef, eggs, beans, lentils, bone broth, cooked vegetables, potatoes, rice, and healthy fats are especially helpful. Please bring food in disposable containers if possible, with reheating instructions, and prioritize meals that don’t require prep or decision-making. Chelsea and Will are currently at the Ronald McDonald house in Spokane WA. At this time we do not know where they will be on any given day. Please check in with Kylah about where to drop off food (208)-627-9898
