Meal Train® for BEDS Plus Summit Service Center: Medical Respite & Street Outreach

Please add your cell phone number to meal description in case we need to contact you with any changes. Thank you! Both MEDICAL RESPITE & OUTREACH meals can be dropped off at the Summit location (7666 W. 63rd Street) at the designated mealtime which you volunteered. MEDICAL RESPITE MEALS: If you are just dropping off the food, pull to the back of the building and call the respite phone at 708-967-4934. OUTREACH MEALS: If volunteering for Outreach meals, please drop them off Monday through Saturday between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. You can leave them with the front desk at the main entrance (facing 63rd Street).
