We currently have clients with allergies to mushrooms, pork, gluten and have one client who is a pescatarian.

Special Instructions
**Please check to make sure that you have signed up for our Meal Train using your current email address - we will need it to email you instructions regarding the meal.**
**When signing up, please send Katherine an email at katherine@safeharborshelter.com listing the best phone number to reach you.**
Please cook all items and bring them cold so we can store them before they are delivered to the shelter. Include any cooking instructions and bring in containers that do not need to be returned. We appreciate healthy meals that can be reheated easily. Please do NOT include poppy seeds in any kind of meal preparation. Thanks!
