As a fellow military spouse who understands firsthand the challenges and sacrifices that come with deployments, I want you to know that I’d genuinely like to help you through this difficult time. My thoughts are with your husband and his unit, and I pray for their safe return. In the meantime, please take care of yourself. Listen to your doctors, follow your aftercare instructions carefully, and give yourself the time you need to heal. Your health and recovery are just as important. ❤️
