Meal Train® for Ronald McDonald Family Room Rogers

Special Instructions

You (or your club, team, class, church, etc) prepare a family-style meal on the day of your choice. Our calendar is generally booked up to a month out, so reserve your preferred date as early as possible! You will receive a call, text or email reminder the day before your Meals from the Heart serve date. Drop off your meal at the program between 5:00-6:00 p.m. on your designated date. Or, if an earlier drop-off time is needed, most items can be reheated or prepared on-site. Staff is generally available to meet you at your vehicle with a cart upon request. Call or email the program with any questions. *When dropping off dinner, please leave with a Ronald McDonald staff member to ensure your donation is taken to the families. *If serving with a group of people, please call us ahead of time so we can make plans for multiple drop offs. Our programs are equipped with either full kitchens or kitchenettes, with various appliances and utensils at your disposal. Ronald McDonald Family Room in Rogers is equipped with: • Microwave • Small toaster oven • Hot plates (2) • Slow cooker • Airfryer • Dinnerware and flatware • Spatulas, spoons, etc. • Select glass cookware, pots, and pans
