Dinner signups: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Breakfast signups: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please package all meals in disposable containers. To maintain a peaceful and quiet home while Nathan is recovering, please place meals in the cooler on the front porch. Please do not ring the doorbell, as it will trigger the dogs to bark.

1. Healthy meals made with non-GMO ingredients, if possible. 2. Once per week, a loaf of sourdough sandwich bread would be wonderful; indicate this on your sign-up so there aren't duplications. 3. Once per week, a delivery of raw veggies, raw fruit, high-protein yogurt, and freshly sliced deli meat (turkey or chicken) would be appreciated for lunches (by 11am on Mondays). 4. Feel free to add a frozen meal for a rainy day.
