Organic and low inflammatory foods are highly preferred. We are also saying goodbye to processed meats and eating red meat and dairy sparingly. Chemo can affect taste and tolerance to certain foods. Jessica might want to stay away from spicy or acidic foods and will update preferences once she starts treatment if anything changes.
