Meal Train® for The Schazar Family (Scharlin and Mazar)

Allergies or Restrictions

Thank you for your support! Kosher and no dairy, please! Where possible, we prefer whole grains - no pasta or white rice - but can be flexible, as needed. Soups, lots of veggies, salads, legumes, curries, tofu, salmon, chicken tend to work well for us. Please let us know what is coming a couple of days beforehand so we can fill in for kids with allergies, food preferences, etc. Feel free to just bring a dish instead of a whole meal, if easier for you.
