Allergies or Restrictions
These will be communicated in the instructional email sent prior to your scheduled delivery day. Please know that we do not expect you to accommodate all restrictions and allergies. We just ask that if any of the ingredients mentioned are present in the meal you provide, you let us know so that we can alert the clients, and make sure those dishes are marked with the allergens. We can make other arrangements for their meal if they cannot have the meal provided.

Special Instructions
The food will need to be prepared prior to arriving as the CCAHT safe house does not have an oven or stove top. There are reheating capabilities so it's not necessary for the meal to be hot when it arrives and the residents can enjoy leftovers. We suggest cooking in disposable cookware for ease of use and convenience. Also, it is not necessary to include any utensils, plates, cups or additional condiments, such as salt, pepper, mustard, mayo, etc. (unless warranted by the meal you are providing). An email confirmation will be sent the day before your scheduled delivery day to update you on the current number of residents in the house and any special dietary restrictions and/or food allergies known. Drop off will be at the CCAHT administrative office. After you sign up, you may confirm delivery time by texting Ariana at 865-410-0375. Then you will be sent the address for drop-off. For each meal donation, we record a $50 in-kind donation for each donor. Thanks!
