Allergies or Restrictions
Please stay as organic as much as possible. - Heavy on meat/ eggs/ fish/ seafood (sparing on pork) - No grains (gluten or GF); alternative flours are usually okay. -Light on Veggies (Jen has a regular supply) cold, steamed, roasted (except carrots, corn, and potatoes) - Organic berries, if fruit is involved - Only olive, avocado, and coconut oils (She can make her own salad dressing) -She loves fresh garlic and spices. (Individually added are fine, but store-bought blends have funky additives.) - Stevia is ok, but no other natural or artificial sweeteners. -Sparing on dairy (She likes garnishing with cheese) - seeds, nuts, beans, etc. are ok.

Delivery could be on Friday or Saturday. If Jen or her brother are not there to receive the meal, There will be a cooler for the food on the porch.
