Meal Train® for The Culpepper-Martin Family

Special Instructions

We welcome meals for Susan or for our family -- both help us manage this time. Outside of Susan, we only have an eggplant allergy. If you are willing to cook for my mother, that is extremely welcome and appreciated but she is a vegetarian and celiac (cannot tolerate wheat products) AND will have a lot of limitations in the wake of her surgery. In sum, they are as follows: - vegetarian - wheat free - dairy may not be tolerated (we don't know yet but it's a common side effect of esophagectomy) - must be soft and moist (soups/stews, casseroles, smoothies, etc.)
