Ty and Kayla live on base at Schofield Barracks. You can go through the visitor line or Ty is willing meet people outside the gate in the parking lot next to Kemoo pub and grill! If you choose to go through visitor line, go to Lyman Gate, use the right lane, show them updated car registration, car insurance and drivers license to enter!
