Grubhub gift cards are welcome. Nutrition has become an important focus so please remember the health journey the family has been on. Some examples of healthy meals are; grilled chicken, baked white fish, turkey tacos, beans, lots of vegetables, fruit and quinoa/brown rice. The girls love fruits as a healthy snack and dessert! Please try to avoid - high fat foods, heavy cream or cheese, baked goods, fried food and processed meats. If you are unsure if your meal will not be consistent with their eating guidelines please email or call me and I'm happy to provide guidance. They greatly appreciate your assistance in helping them maintain their nutritious lifestyle. There will be a cooler on the front door. Please leave meals in containers you are not concerned with collecting back, or disposable if possible.
