Tim, Carianne, and Cambria have no allergies. Tim has a gluten, refined sugar, and spicy food intolerance. They are living in Kamloops, so any Vernon and area friends or family that want to participate can drop meals that are freezable at my house as I commute through Kamloops twice a week and can deliver. Please make a note of what the meal is, and who it is from for them! I will have a freezer out front of my door for drop offs. My address is 144 Horner Rd Lumby.
