Please plan to arrive around 5:00pm for set up. All meals should be warm and ready to serve. Text Abigail Beach (865-296-9478) and Taylor Ellis (865-208-4806) to let her know if you will have volunteers to help with set up and clean up as well. You are welcome to cater meals and the students love pretty much any type of food! Please sign up at least a week in advance for the night you're wanting to provide.
