Hello Again! Just wanted to drop a quick update. Doug continues to get stronger and healthier everyday. He can now do his physical therapy exercises without oxygen! Go Super Doug! 🦸 Maria has been slowly struggling more and more. The mental game with anxiety, breathing, sleeping and restlessness has become a regular daily struggle. She is struggling to get restful sleep and thus unsettled and uncomfortable at times. We are continuing to work with her to find the right balance of medications and holistic remedies to keep her comfortable. Some days she’s up and about while other days she is in bed most of the day. Please keep those loving warm thoughts and prayers coming their way! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Happy Monday!

Posted Jan 12, 2021 by Darlene Vittori

Hello!!! After Doug’s appearance as Holliston’s newest super hero, he has been back to work and doing his thing. He is slowly reducing his need for oxygen and getting out for walks everyday! 🚶‍♂️🦸 Maria has been struggling more lately. She is having more pain intermittently and more swelling of her left arm and legs due to fluid build up, otherwise known as lymphedema. She has been struggling with feeling short of breath and having issues with being able to take a deep breath. She is working with an herbalist locally to reduce the lymphedema and improve her symptoms. Fingers crossed 🤞 She continues to get great satisfaction and purpose coaching and supporting friends and family! Here is a picture that captures her smile energy and beauty! ❤️❤️ Talk soon!

Oh!!! if you see a super hero in town It’s not a bird or a plane and although he may not be faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive or able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.... HE BEAT COVID! And if that does not make him a super hero I don’t know what does!!! Make sure to look for SUPER DOUG around town!!!! Have a great evening! Be back soon!

Thank you to you all for your kindness and generosity! We are overwhelmed by the love and care from each and every one of you! THANK YOU ALL! We want to post a daily update and any changes as they occur so you are all informed and aware of how things are going. MARIAAAAA is doing well. She still struggles with pain but she is up and about during the day and maintaining her love for all and her amazing sense of humor. Medically she is stable and doing well. DOUG is currently intubated in the ICU but is stable. Today his nurse states he is doing well. The girls and Christopher are amazing! Maria has been so overwhelmed with the love and visits and yummy food! Thank you all for your kindness!! Because Maria needs to rest some during the day, we are asking to restrict visitors to 11 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm. This will allow for necessary medical visits and rest so she is up and alert and engaging when you do visit! Thank you all again! We will post daily updates so stay tuned....
