Allergies or Restrictions
Thanks for wanting to help provide food for our family during this difficult time! We have no dietary restrictions, so anything you make is a blessing. That said, anything that our 16-month-old son can also eat something from helps us immensely as we don't have to cook a separate meal for him. Things that are not ideal for him to eat: overly sugary items, extremely salty items (normal salt levels are fine), overly spicy items (he likes spices and flavors, but hot peppers etc. can be too much for him), and hard-to-chew items. Things that he particularly tends to enjoy eating: soft fruits, berries, tomatoes, tomato-based things like soups and sauces, avocados, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cheese of any kind, Greek yogurt, yogurt, cottage cheese, Alfredo (for some reason he doesn't seem to like macaroni and cheese), spaghetti, shrimp, and broccoli.
