Please make anything--it doesn't have to work for all of us!! Olli can eat anything (especially meat!). Melissa and Stella are vegetarians and Melissa has to be strictly gluten free. We can provide recipe ideas if you'd like! For those filling the applesauce slot, here is the recipe: Immune Boosting Applesauce Servings 8-12 12 apples of choice (use a combo of McIntosh, Cortland, Gala, Fuji and Golden Delicious) 1/1/2 cups water 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground clove 1/2 tsp. tumeric Cut the apples into large pieces and place them in a large pot, along with all the other ingredients and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the apples are soft. After the time is up, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon. The apples will be so soft they will melt into each other and form a puree. For those filling the fruit and veggie slot, please wash all fruits and veggies. Avoid night shades vegetables, such as peppers.
