Meals: Grass-fed (only!) beef with greens, soups, bone broth base preferred, proteins (grass-fed red meats again), colorful vegetables, tahini, wild rice, lean chicken is okay, dark leafy cooked greens are super important, really enjoying a ton of fresh herbs right now (basil, mint, parsley, cilantro), salmon, pecans, walnuts, kale, red cabbage, spinach, etc. Restaurants: Meze (Paleo Bowl, no carrots, beets, tomatoes or amba) Kebab plate- with no rice, add salad, sub extra tahini), Israeli salad is ok Hachidori Organic Japanese Cooking
