The Kesslins appreciative anything you can bring. They love salad, chicken, fish ( salmon, tuna, snapper, and shrimp. Sushi is a favorite!), steak, soup, vegetarian dishes and roasted vegetables . Noah isn't big on sauces, so on-the-side is better. Ilise appreciates any organic/hormone-free foods you can provide. Single dishes are fine too if you don't want to bring a whole meal. Or feel free to go in with a friend and do one together. If you don't cook and would still like to help, there are a number of restaurants you can pick up from or even have delivered. Some options in Encinitas are El Pollo Loco, Ki's, Roxy's, Eve, Urban Plates, Healthy Creations and Naked Cafe. Blue Apron delivers ready to cook meals. The family enjoys fresh fruit for dessert.
