We are so grateful for all the support. We are trying to help Jeanne put some weight back on, so healthy fats are encouraged and salt is her friend. We love some roast chicken (so we can make broth after) or chicken soup… Please no wheat, dairy, sugar, or processed foods. Please no spinach or other high-histamine foods, if possible.

Note that on Mondays there are three of us (Aviva and Celeste are at their mom’s that night) and that all five of us are home Wednesday and Friday nights.
