I'm sure you all know by now that Ray has passed away. Please check my Facebook. I appreciate everything that you guys have done for meals. We are doing a celebration of life on Sunday and would love to have you guys all there. If you could sign up to bring something it would be greatly appreciated. It will be from 3 to 6 at the Garza home.

I wanted to update everyone about Ray! In Katy's words " It is like going in circles"! He is still on the ventilator and it will be months before they will be able to get him out of the hospital. One day they get a glimpse of hope. Then something else changes in the other direction. I asked Katy about putting the meal train back out for Oct. If you know Katy she never wants to burden anyone. However, with her at work or hospital it has been a big blessing to know her kids have food on the table. I am asking for you to extend yourself again to be Christ's hands and feet for this family. Even if you cannot do a meal or a gift card would you please share this post so other's can. Thank you in advance! You have all made a very bad situation have some light!

Update on Ray

Thank you so much for all the support. Rays vitals are slowly improving. The goal for this weekend is to get the breathing tube out. His kidneys have not bounced back from the sepsis so he is continuing on dialysis for now. We are praying he improves enough to be moved to a rehab facility soon. Thank you again for supporting our family through this.
