Meal Train® for Ronald McDonald House Fayetteville

Special Instructions

You (or your club, team, class, church, etc) prepare a family-style meal on the day of your choice. Our calendar is generally booked up to a month out, so reserve your preferred date as early as possible! You will receive a email reminder the day before your Meals from the Heart serve date. You may cook in our kitchen or drop off your meal that was prepared in a food safe kitchen at the program between 5:00-6:00 p.m. on your designated date. Or, if an earlier drop-off time is needed, most items can be reheated or prepared on-site. Staff is generally available to meet you at your vehicle with a cart upon request. Call or email the program with any questions. *When dropping off dinner, please leave with a Ronald McDonald staff member to ensure your donation is taken to the families. *If serving with a group of people, please call us ahead of time so we can make plans for multiple drop of Our programs are equipped with either full kitchens or kitchenettes, with various appliances and utensils at your disposal.
