Special Instructions
Thank you so much for your generosity! There are 2 drop-off options depending on what works best for you. Email the organizer for the addresses. **Please indicate your intended drop-off location in your meal description.** Option A: Drop off at D's School in Vancouver (generally, near 205 and E Mill Plain Blvd) by 3PM (this way the food goes home with D after school). **This option is only available Monday through Friday**. A cooler will be placed inside the school, outside of the office door. Meals can be placed inside the cooler any time before 3PM. Because these meals will need to be dropped off well before dinner time, it is preferred that these be cold or frozen, in disposable containers (or containers you don't want back), with heating instructions included. Option B: At the Haviv home between 4:00 and 5:30. This option is available any day of the week, but is required for Saturday and Sunday meals. If you can bring a meal to Kalama, please try to select a weekend date. These meals can be warm and ready to eat, since they don’t need to travel home from school. But, could also be cool or frozen with cooking instructions. If you drop off at the Haviv home, please remember that Avi is recovering and they need a quiet space at this time. Please leave your meal in the red cooler that you will see on the bench in front of the garage. Please know that it is so truly appreciated.
