Favorite Meals or Restaurants

Simple dishes with fewer rather than more ingredients are best. Soft, thoroughly cooked meats, fish and vegetables are optimal - simple soups, stews, purees, compotes - things that are easy to digest. White basmati rice, quinoa and millet ok as long as they are thoroughly cooked and in small amounts. Eggs good/ok. Nut flour baked goods - small amounts Purple or sweet potatoes in small amounts. Ginger - yes Turmeric - yes Herbs fresh or dried - yes Fruit cooked - 1/2 cup in own juice with nuts is best. Nut milk yogurts - cashew, almond, coconut. Minimal oil, fats, garlic and salt.

Anything conventionally processed, pesticide sprayed, GMO, fried and/or heavy in salt, spice and oils.
