Please utilize disposable dishes they do not have to return. Also, due to COVID please utilize contactless delivery. Gift cards are another great option. (Chick-Fil-A, Jalapenos, Cracker Barrel, and Papa Murphy's are places that have options Jack can eat.) Jonathan and Naomi know that cooking for a family with such dietary restrictions can be difficult, so feel free to make a classic meal with a keto/allergen free option for Jack if that’s easier. Just know that any assistance with meals is greatly appreciated.

Tacos/Mexican (corn chips or hard shell for Jack)/, burgers/hot dogs, basic salads, pizza (gluten free option for Jack), blackberries/blueberries/strawberries/apples/grapes/pineapples BBQ chicken (the sauce for that needs to be gluten free. Many have wheat in them or are processed in a factory that handles wheat.) Gluten free pasta dishes. Allergen free options for Jack: hummus & baby carrots, Motts unsweetened strawberry or mixed berry applesauce, Silk unsweetened coconut milk for his supplements.
