Special Instructions

Breakfast should be ready by 8 am, brunch at 10 am, lunch at 12 pm, and dinner at 6 pm. If you're preparing brunch, please block both the breakfast and lunch time slots. A day or two before your sign-up date, please call us at 812-402-7642 ext 200 for a closer estimate on how many guests to prepare for. Be sure to ask if we have salad dressings, cooking oils, seasonings, etc., before purchasing as we usually have a well-stocked pantry. Please note that our families may or may not be at the House during the time the meal is served. Their children's medical needs dictate mealtimes. Rest assured, though, the ability to warm up a home-cooked meal is a huge gift of comfort even if you're not here to see it.
