Uyen and her oldest son are Vietnam natives but enjoys a wide variety of food, including American, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and more. While they enjoy spicy adventurous food they also enjoy simple, hearty dishes, especially fried chicken, hearty stews, and just about anything else (though they usually skip or go easy on dairy). The youngest is just beginning to explore solid food and may eat just a few bites of any softer, milder food.

Please go light on any dairy, especially cheese, although small amounts are fine.
