Special Instructions

Task #1 VACUUM FRONT HALF OF SANCTUARY AND STAGE: Sanctuary will be shared between 2 persons. Brush off pews to remove debris before vacuuming carpet. Task #2 VACUUM BACK HALF OF SANCTUARY AND SOUND ROOM: Sanctuary will be shared between 2 persons. Brush off pews to remove debris before vacuuming carpet. Empty trash in sound booth placing in outside bin on east side of building. Task #3. VACUUM HALL, LOBBY, AND CLASSROOMS, EMPTY TRASHCANS IN EACH AREA: Vacuum carpet, remove debris, straighten chairs out of place, empty trash placing in outside bin on east side of building. Task #4. CLEAN MAIN BATHROOMS / SWEEP AND MOP FLOORS/ EMPTY TRASH: Clean the sink, toilet, toilet bowl, & mirror. Wipe down shelving & replenishing toilet paper, paper towels & supplies. Put extra paper products in bathroom storage area. Spray disinfectant. Mop floors in bathrooms. Empty trash cans in bathrooms placing in outside bin on east side of building. Task #5. CLEAN ALL GLASS DOORS/ DUST ALL SURFACES, REMOVE SCUFFS ON WALLS: View all rooms & sanctuary for on any large, noticeable marks on walls of rooms & sanctuary & use Magic sponge to remove, use Windex for front and sideglass doors (inside & out), use Pledge on wood surfaces (piano and Communion table, hallway tables & chairs). Task #6 CLEAN NURSERY + NURSERY BATH: Vacuum floor. Clean nursery walls, tables, furniture, and floor with disinfectant. Wipe down toys & table/chairs/shelves (as much as possible) in nursery with disinfectant wipes.
