Pinterest board Sam and Josh use as meal inspiration, a good starting point, may need to make a few small substitutions/exclusions. http://pin.it/Z6pZkF5 This shows the basic list of foods Sam can and can't have: http://pin.it/8lRS0Nc Here are some of the additions to the list that Sam and Josh aren't strict about all of the time but try to follow because it just makes things a bit better for her: - no soy or whey - no canned goods - grass-fed meat only - no preservatives/additives (especially in sauces) - they use garlic and onion sparingly or use their powder form - for items on the "dirty dozen" they buy organic and then try to do organic as much as possible outside of that - all of these are sensitivities only, Sam says it won't make her intensely sick if she has something with a small amount of gluten or dairy -most paleo recipes work for her diet, with some exceptions for the FODMAPS, so when she tries to find something to make, she will often search for paleo recipes
