Although we love dessert, we do not need it with every meal. Salads are great, however, 2 salads in a row spoil very quickly and ends up being wasted. :( Things that are frozen or that can be frozen are great!

Fruit salad 6. baked goods like muffins, banana bread, sour dough, scones or biscuits 7. Asian stir fry (we can cook it on the stove) - Tofu, Chicken, 8. Lasagne (kids not keen on vegetable lasagne though) 9. Many pasta meals: spaghetti, cold pasta salad, Mac and cheese 10. Potato Salad 11. Curry 12. Chili 13. Fish: salmon, white fish 14. Least Favorite Meals

We have 2 in the family that are not big coconut fans. So we prefer no meals with coconut as part of the main dish. Cookies/desserts and a side - like for curry is OK!
