About this Meal Train page
When you sign up, please consider bringing enough for breakfast & dinner. The family feels comfortable with lunch and asks for our support with the other two meals.
Please keep in mind this household is healing and our food is medicine. Think warm, nourishing, easy to digest, full of veggies and leafy greens.
