The Foods I don’t eat are: spicy hot (garlic, cilantro ok), strawberries, Cow’s milk, Not so much: hard cheese and pasta, but some is ok if that is your specialty."

Favorite Meals or Restaurants

Kiya loves the Buddha bowls at Pure with lemon tahini sauce as well as their grasshopper shots and smoothies, so this is a welcome meal. Healthy, organic meals with veggies are appreciated. She is preferring SOFTER foods right now as her mouth is sore. So for now, NO vinegar, NO citrus, NO spices, NO red meat, NO strawberries and NO toast/croutons. Soups, smoothies, salmon, rice, casseroles etc.. are good.
