- Vegan: No dairy or eggs - No peppers at all - No eggplant - No raw onion in salads or chunks in casseroles, etc. Small pieces of cooked onion in the food is ok - Nothing spicy at all - No vegenaise or vegan mayonnaise with canola, safflower oils, etc. - Avocado, olive, and coconut oils are approved to be used in cooking. (in small amounts) - No seed oils like canola, safflower, sunflower, or corn, soy oils etc. - Avoid fried foods
