As Lila is beginning her long recovery we are primarily looking for whole, nourishing, and warming foods. You can reach out for specific recipes that Lila especially enjoys or research traditional Ayurvedic or TCM postpartum meals. We have been enjoying the Ayurvedic food from AnnaPurna and gift cards or meal deliveries from there would also be appreciated.
