Special Instructions

- all meat needs to be cooked to medium well to well done - eggs need to be cooked - cheeses must be pasteurized - rinse fruits and vegetables - avoid raw sprouts (alfalfa or bean sprouts). Cooked sprouts are okay. - NO grapefruit, pomegranate and star fruit as they can interfere with transplant medication.
