Precautions due to immune-compromised state: Amp up usual food safety precautions (like not letting food sit out on counters, no meat that is right up to its expiration date, etc.) No takeout food Wash with soap well all vegetables and fruits (don’t eat pre-cut fruit) Don’t eat anything raw or under-cooked (no pink meat – cook it to death as if you’re British 😉 no raw-milk cheeses, no sushi, etc.) No sandwich or deli meat No grapefruit Brielle is lactose intolerant.
